• Property Information: Property address, postcode, bedroom count, and estimated rental figures.
• Public Register Lookups: Official Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings and dimensions sourced from the UK Open EPC Register.

3. How Data is Used & Stored

Data entered via the intake tool is used exclusively to compile the requested appraisal dossier and send the secure viewing link via SMS. Records are retained securely in cloud database infrastructure to maintain audit trails for the agency.
